  • 1993: buying of COSMO company, manufacturer of balers and shears. Introduction on the market for scrap metal processing.
  • 1994: ISO 9002 certification
  • 1997: ISO 9002 certification
  • 2001: creation of sales office in Russia then Ukrania
  • 2007: buying of HENSCHEL company.

  • 1810: creation by Carl Anton HENSCHEL
  • 1890: 5 thousand locomotives built... in 1923: 20 thousand...
  • 1942: manufacture of Panzer armored
  • 1963: introduction on the market for scrap metal processing.
  • 1976: bought by Thyssen Industry
